Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a curious beginner wanting to deepen your practice, our weekend retreats led by myself and an incredible team of guest teachers will take you on an amazing journey into the body, mind, and spirit.

With rich philosophy woven throughout, you'll discover self-awareness and reconnect with your "true self" as we guide you through a range of yoga practices.

Our sessions blend traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa with Restorative Yin, Sound healing, and breath work, enriched with philosophy, offering deep insights into the practice of yoga.

With our inclusive approach and a sense of fun , our day retreats will revitalise and restore your energy and enthusiasm for life.

Held in Dinnington Village Hall , within easy reach of Newcastle, Northumberland and North Tyneside you can switch off, unwind and enjoy a full day of yoga. Nourishing the body, mind and the soul .

With a maximum of twenty participants on each retreat and no experience of yoga necessary, we welcome beginners and intermediate practitioners alike.

It’s a fantastic way to deepen your practice and give yourself the space you deserve, without having to commit to a longer stay.

The retreat is all inclusive and includes healthy snacks and drinks

The cost of this retreat is only £55pp

Sunday Soundbaths - a wonderful immersive experience to help relieve stress and tension through Restorative Yoga and the sacred sounds of grounding drumming, harmonic crystal bowls and ambient gongs.
